AdSense Top Earners - a myth?

Many webmasters want to know who are the top adsense earners, and what it takes to be one of them.

First of all i want to make it clear that there are webmasters that are making more than $2000/day from one sinlge site, but this is a rare case.
Most of them are having more than 10 sites which make it easyer to arrive at this point of making $2000/day.

For example one friend of mine is having a site with 15-20% CTR, and from 130 visitors is making between $5 - $20/day, depending on how users are acting. Let’s imagine that this guy will grow to 1000 visitors per day, which can be easy task to achieve in 1 year. He will make with this site about $50-$100/day only from AdSense.

What it takes to be one of the top AdSense earners?

  • you need a site
  • optimize your site for the search engines
  • imporve your link popularity so you can receive targeted visitors from search engines
  • put adsense on your site on hot zones
  • don’t try to cheat the system
  • most important: work at promotion and test many types of ads to see what is better for the type of site you have

    • I think that there are a lot of webmasters doing it, but few are known.
